A house full of people here for a party. One that we used to.hold every couple of months. Tonight will likely be the last one. Everyone is having a great time, expect the people who are hosting it.
Two of the hosts have gone to bed before 12 for reasons that are not mine to share. The only reason I am still awake at this point us that strange people are in my home.
I honestly don't know if I want to post this or not.
Perhaps a break - or a change of how they are held is in order?
Or perhaps a different expectation depending on the approved people that are in fact invited?
I think that the House needs to sit down together and figure out the goal to what kind of party you want/need and the why are you doing it. If it isn't what the Hosts (you as a House) is liking - than you need to figure out that together.
Just my jumbled brain two cents thoughts on it all.
I just want to be clear that we love having both of you over and you are both welcome Party or no Party. What happens next is going to be something that we will have to talk about and figure out.
