Wow it's been hard to get seriously back in to the swing of things since Keycon is over. It doesn't help that Summer is here and I'm a huge fan of slurpees. On the plus side we have pulled out the bikes and gotten them turned up. So no weather permitting and distance we are riding place.

Weigh In
So am running a couple of days behind in general life but am working to catch up. I was able to weigh in yesterday and much to my surprise I didn't gain nearly as much as I thought I did. I gained 0.3 *Does happy Dance* You see I was a way at a local scence fiction convention all weekend and figured my food intake was much worse then it really was.

Weigh In
Its been a weird couple weeks for me pretty much any spare time I have had has been devoted to working on some costumes. Which as a sad aside we are not going to get them all finished in time. I was fairly certain that the end result would be a weight gain despite my best efforts in the gym. Much to my surprise that wasn't the case I ended up down a pound.

Weigh in
Well I didn't 'break on through to the other side!' what did was more like peaking through to the other side and looking at what is there. Am not going to complain one way or the other, I am now at the lowest weight I've been at since I've started and I have at least peaked through to the side and now I plan to stay there.
Here's what I've been doing first off I've really increased my work outs. I'm follow a tread mill work out that my wife's trainer gave her and its working well for me. Also starting to use the big gym balance ball and doing crunches on it. My eating habits remain marginal at best as I often turn to comfort food when the opportunity presents itself. on the plus side am doing what I can to keep it from presenting as often as possible.
Weight Down 1.4 to 359.8lbs

- 2 slices white toast with margarine
- 1 hard boiled egg
- Garden Salad (no dressing) with 2 breaded chicken strips cut in to it.
- A soup bowl of pop corn with butter and salt
- Card sized piece of steak, a cup of shell noodles and mixed veggies
- A few good sips from a chocolate shake
- Fries and Ketchup
- 100 cal Arrow Bar

Weigh In
Well it's official I've stalled, I have weighed in at roughly the same weight for roughly the past 2 months at this point. You can see it pretty clearly on the graph at the bottom that it is bouncing around in between 365 and just above 360. Its frustrating as hell and I need to do something serious to push past it.
Leveling out like this is normally the point where I give up on any attempt at weigh loss I get frustrated and just don't bother any more turning instead to comfort foods and videos. Not going to happen this time I refuse to let it happen. Remember how crappy it felt when I weighed in back in December and learned that I had climbed up to a massive 398.8 pounds. Also remembering how great it has felt when I've had to ask my wife to take my pants in an inch (Which I've had to do twice so far) Both of those memories and experiences will be wonderful motivator for me to stick to this and keep going with it.
To help me try and get through this I have a couple of plans in mind. First I plan to record everything I eat here in my blog. So each day will have an entry saying what I have put in to my body. I have no plans to starve myself or stop eating the things I like, but I do have to watch the amounts and keep it in moderation. Along with the food tracking I will also be keeping track of what exercise I do as well. Hopefully both of those steps will help me along the way and let me break through the 360 wall that been built up in my mind these past couple of months.
The last thing am look for is someone online to do this with. Am working towards weight lose with my wife but some times it helps to see someone doing the exact same thing as you in their blogs pushing forward to lose weight. Also you need to be willing to comment and speak you mind, if your just here to tell me good job and pat my back while I pat yours, please don't bother. So if your interested and willing to do the things I have laid out above please drop me a comment and lets get rid of these pounds.

Size 16
I just came across this article and I wanted to share it. In many ways it gives me hope, here is a woman Size 16 who won a local Pagent and is now up for the Miss England Pagent. Why the heck shouldn't she be? According to the article she eats, well works out and is health. But EGADS she is a size 0 or something equally stupid.

A bit of Magic

It's been a good week for weight loss this time out. I was really happy with my results and just need to figure out what the cause of the drop was. Did it have more to do with my working out or what I was eating / not eating. I guess in the end it was a combination of the two..

Weigh in post late
Busy weekend, with lots going on so because of that I never got around to posting Thursday Weigh in. Also spent some time looking at treadmills over the weekend. My wife and I have both been wanting one for some time now. It seems like the winner is going to be the Sole F63 Treadmill, it has various features that suit our needs perfectly
I think its fair to say part of the reason for the delay in posting was that I wasn't overly please with the results of the week. I was up 2.6 pounds.
