Food

It has been a fairly rough week for me this past week food wise.  I've been snacking a lot!  Been keeping track of things in a fairly half assed manner in my fitness pal.  Mostly everything has been entered by the end of the day but ither isn't how the system works best and I know that.  

Today i am going to try and get back on the horse as it were.  Eat better, for which I have packed a lunch.  Update Myfitnesspal as I eat things rather then leaving it to the end of the day.  Finally making exercise a priority.

I knew going into this there would be slips and times when I would fail.  So I'm not going to dwell on it, I just want to move forward and get it behind me.
