I can't hep but wonder just why people ever settled in Winnipeg. I can only assume that they must of arrived her in the early part of Spring. During that brief period where the groundhas dried up and yet still before mosquitos came out. The weather in this part of world is pretty much insane. For the past three days we have had rain by day and freezing by night. Today we get temperatures of -5 and snow. I think the gods are giving us the snow to cover the ice they just gave us.
It seems like a cruel joke, but its true. We give them rain, then we freeze it, then we given them more rain and freeze it even more. Then like the cherry on top of a sunday, we cover it with snow to hide it.
