Food & Exercise Day 2

Food:(Water is a given so I don't list it)

  • Hard boiled egg & a piece Toast
  • Baby Carrots
  • Apple Cinimon Toast 2 slices
  • 2 Chocolate carmel Rice cakes (60 cals Each)
  • 2 Smokies (w/ bread ketchup & Relish) Tatter toots

Exercise:
  • 20 minutes on the treadmill
  • Weight machine

Thanks for stopping by my blog. Are you new to the HYC challenge? I try to focus on a few blogs so I never know who's new or not!

I hope that's not all you ate today--I'd be starving! Are you and your wife trying to lose weight together? I'm doing WW because it worked for me in the past (I have before pics in Feb).

You certainly seem to be an interesting fellow and your reading material is interesting (I have another blog where I talk books, movies, called Musings)
