It's been a good week for weight loss this time out. I was really happy with my results and just need to figure out what the cause of the drop was. Did it have more to do with my working out or what I was eating / not eating. I guess in the end it was a combination of the two..

Congratulations. Where did you get these charts. It seems like a really good way to stay motivated.
PS -- Thanks for visiting my blog. To answer your question about why holding on too tightly to being smart is a problem for me -- it makes me not do things that might make me look silly or feel incompetent -- things I might not be good at, or things other people might not understand etc... It limits my activities to things I think I would do well or that other people would approve of so that they won't think I am stupid. Thankfully my kids are teaching me that being a little silly and just going for things even if you might be able to do them well is fun!
