Food:
  • 3 Toast & Hard boiled Egg
  • 2 Apples
  • Small bowl S&V Chips
  • Cheese Burger & Fries
  • Chicken Alfredo with Noodles
  • Salad

Exercise:
  • 25 Minute Treadmill
  • Upper body work out
