1.... Kindred the Embraced A great show focused on Vampires in the modern world and 2.... Space Above and Beyond Starship troopers meets Wing Commander in Space Above 3.... Firefly No list like this would be complete without including Firefly 4.... Jake 2.0 A great spy show, its funny how they keep remaking this type 5.... Greg the Bunny This show was just to funny to describe and makes me laugh 2 seasons just wasn't enough for this funny and thought 7.... Drive Nathan Fillion was in it and it ended in a cliff hanger that we 8.... Rome I can't say enough good things about this show. Rome showed 9.... Harsh Realms I'll be honest I don't remember a lot about this show other then 10.. Crusade This B5 Spin off never made it very far and had a lot of 11.. The Invisible Man Another in a long line of average person turned Super Spy. Its 12.. The Tick The only Super Hero show to make the list. 13.. Undergrads The only cartoon to make the list. Dead Like Me was brilliant. They've actually made a movie for video release that's supposed to come out in August (?)
And Firefly - the best cancelled show EVER! But we're a family of Browncoats, so I may be a bit biased (as if my name didn't tip you off ;)
And if you haven't checked out Wonderfalls, that was another great cancelled show.
I would have loved to have seen Kindred the Mebraced, that sounds fantastic.
Firefly was wonderful, wasn't it? I miss that show. :)

I've only seen #3 and #10. I'll have to look for the others sometime.
Loved Firefly with a passion. HATED the movie, Whedon made me SO angry over that one.
My new show that I love and I hope they bring back: New Amsterdam. I have a history of liking shows that get cancelled. Frustrating.
