Food & Exercise Day 1

Food:
  • 2 slices white toast with margarine
  • 1 hard boiled egg
  • Garden Salad (no dressing) with 2 breaded chicken strips cut in to it.
  • A soup bowl of pop corn with butter and salt
  • Card sized piece of steak, a cup of shell noodles and mixed veggies
  • A few good sips from a chocolate shake
  • Fries and Ketchup
  • 100 cal Arrow Bar

Exercise:
  • 20 minutes on the Stationary bike
  • 4 games of 5 pin bowling

For me the day is barely half way done. I'll be updating it as I eat & Exercise through out the day.
